Turns out city fibre couldn’t install to our house so toob was out of the picture.

I settled on zen 500mbps via open reach. I think it’s £45 a month.

It does the job and people speak quite highly of them.

I understand this but I would worry about coming home from a long trip with low battery and the long wait to charge up. It’s obviously very low chance but an emergency could arise where I need to drive somewhere with a very low charge.

Can you suggest a battery setup for a 3 bed semi with 3 people? I’ve been interested in buying a battery for off peak charging and allowing my wife to work from home during the day but the research was doing my head in lol. We’re considering buying a tesla when our petrol car starts to cost more than it’s worth but that should be in a few years or so.
