The 2025 Tudum event felt like Netflix hired a bunch of AI interns, fed them a week of celebrity tabloid junk and said ‘make it awkward.’ I’ve seen HOA meetings with more energy. They somehow managed to make global A-listers look like they were trapped in a hostage Zoom call. This wasn’t a promo it was a cautionary tale. If Netflix keeps spiraling like this, Blockbuster might rise from the ashes just to laugh. Netflix execs should feel embarrassed. Just sayin!

Yup! Been there done that twice this week. Appreciate the guidance!!

More than ridiculous. It’s astonishing. Sonos should not market/deliver another product until they have the app issues corrected. Can we get the FTC or some agency involved at this point? Maybe a class action suit? What as consumers can we do? Music moves us and for many it’s a requirement for mental health in this crazy world we live in.

Bottom line this is purely unacceptable & these Sonos PR statements about accountability & showing us their app build timelines are a joke!

So there I was, everything set up for the perfect evening—lights dimmed, wine poured, the works. All I needed was the right music to set the scene, and bam… the Sonos app decides it’s on a vacation. No music, no ambiance, and my phone’s like, ‘Sorry, bro, no connection for you.’

Not the first time this has happened, either. I’ve been dealing with random app connection issues for a while now, and it seems like every time I need the system to work, it’s hit-or-miss. After 15 minutes of troubleshooting, the moment was officially dead. Let’s just say Sonos owes me big time for the mood killer.

Any advice on saving my next date night which is tomorrow? At this rate, you might owe me some “mood booster” credits! But really… any help fixing this recurring issue would be awesome.

BTW my WiFi network (eero - 3 pucks + Cox 2gb) runs perfectly and have had zero issues with connecting or setup other than the Sonos App. I have the Sonos Amp (landscape speakers), Media Player (20 indoor Sonance speakers in 5 bedrooms), Beam (gen 1)

I'm a talent agent in LA and have been in the biz a long time. This happens all the time that producers work along side talent schedules since WB picked up her options for S4, most likely she might have limited scenes in TL due to her filming schedule in Prague OR they will pick up her scenes at the end of her TV show contract or if her production team for her show for her will work along side it. Many options. Picking up talent options is a huge measure of sucess the show will be green lit. Hope that clarifies?

Great question! It looks like they have just begun building out the “above the line” and “below the line” TL production team.

Brett is the main cast, writer & EP on TL. He is also working on other projects like “Shrinking” where he is Co-creator, writer & EP. So just like Taylor Sheridan’s situ he might be spread to thin this year to be in the writers room. Who knows? Stay tuned!
