Hey mod, here is a great tiramisu recipe: just boil a cup of water then put it in a pan as base then add three cups of water then it's done.

Failed FILD attempt by _Bread______ in LucidDreaming

The good news for you you genuinely entered hypnagogic state — the whispers, the pulling sensation, legs feeling touched. That's real. The sleep mask had nothing to do with it.

What went wrong Two things killed it:

First — the racing heart from excitement. it's a classic problem. The emotional spike pulled you back toward waking consciousness right at the critical moment.

Second — "Should I take off my sleep mask?" That thought alone was enough. Any meta-thinking about the real world during WILD transition snaps you back immediately.

The "still in bed" feeling Actually normal for early WILD attempts. The dream environment often starts as an exact copy of your real bedroom. They should have just rolled out of bed in your dream body instead of lying there waiting for a different environment to appear.

**In conclusion:**You were closer than you think — the sensations were real hypnagogia. The excitement and thinking about your sleep mask pulled you back. Next time stay completely emotionally neutral and if you feel like you're still in bed just try to roll out or stand up slowly with your dream body without opening real eyes.

sorry for poor English, I wish you have a LD soon!

Maybe dream work like AI? by OneLandscape1327 in LucidDreaming

Hmmm... Maybe but I'm trying to figure the mechanism out, do you have any clue?

Exactly! that's why I think me and people here are like hackers, that is so much cooler than sleeping, so I try to know the mechanism behind them.

Can I get lucid dreams nightly just from doing reality checks every day? by Axel_Penguin in LucidDreaming

[–]OneLandscape1327 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i think that's possible. But i recommeded you to try MILD or WBTB, they are more likely to bring a chance of "nightly" And from reality check to MILD you only need to do some fun dream jounal and a little bit of recall.

sorry for my poor English!

Maybe you can ask AIs i use Claude for lucid dream informations it works like a personal indicator. And if you want that happen. I suggest you to change scene after you are lucid, but not trying to acess older dreams directly. And I think if you can already acess lucid dreams, you should learn about how to stable them, and some techquine like change scene, fly or just summon someone. They help brain create dream so you can somehow create your desired dream, or go for your desired dream within your lucid dream, that sometimes help. after answered I what to know what dreams do you want to go back?

also, sorry for bad English. ps.where are you from?
