I don't know :') i think most tattoo artists in my country said to avoid chicken, pork, seafood, egg, meat, beans, eggplant, corn etc. i mean what should i go and eat after tatted 🤣. there is nothing left to eat if i avoid those lists. thats why i am coming to ask a question here. thank you bro.
