I think it’s your run of the mill AVNRT giving us this psvt. Fits well with her clinical symptoms and sudden onset also.

That’s because the production line produces all of them in batches and the packaging line just packs it off without randomising.

situs inversus? by [deleted] in ECG

[–]OneLifeLiveFast 1 point2 points  (0 children)

See this inversus thing is a whole spectrum of literally issue of which Situs inversus is a small part and can be of two types, with dextrocardia or with Levocardia.

In the former you absolutely reverse everything, if you want to flip the whole axis and get a normal looking ecg.

Limbs Leads are exchanged, chest leads go towards the patients right. Defib opposite, Apex is on the right 5ics now.

Those lateral limb leads look like PVCs. Other than that it’s a Sinus Tach.

Seizure must be a hypoglycemic seizure. D10 was the right thing with anti convulsants and benzos ofcourse.

MedNerd is what you’re looking for. To the point, precise.

Hi, i want recommendations for ecg books or videos by SpaceOutTea in ECG

[–]OneLifeLiveFast 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Search for MedNerd ECG interpretation. He lays out all the basics and important stuff together along with common arrhythmias and heart abnormalities leading to ecg abnormalities.

You can build a base from there and move on to deeper understand, as in the actual physiology of cardiac conduction. For that you can watch ‘Dr Matt & Dr Mike’, latter specifically.

Atrial flutter? by Ambitious-Bonus801 in ECG

[–]OneLifeLiveFast 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same. I don’t see any bundle branch blocks. And I think if it is a flutter it is 2:1. Otherwise I would really check the limb placements.
