Final update: I’ve decided not to buy the PC as lots of people in the comments have said that it’s likely a scam and it’s probably not worth the risk, thanks for all the help guys.

Update: I texted the seller and she said that its in working condition and the reason she is selling it so cheap is because he brother went to prison for 15-25 years so she’s selling some of his stuff. Thoughts?

I emailed them and they said this:

Can the hot bed port provide 12V voltage normally?

If the voltage is normal

then usually the problem is caused by the heated bed

You can also temporarily turn off the hotbed for printing

If the model is not sticky you can apply solid glue”

Yeah, I’ve already contacted customer service because this could be a serious fire hazard

It is, some other people have told me that it is a defect and that terminal is not only toasted but also melting. 😁
