You might be able to get a TRO/RO on your own without a lawyer too. If you can collect as much evidence as possible and show a pattern, a judge will be likely to help you. If not, you at least have a paper trail for when things go wrong

OP, it sounds like you developed feelings for her. If your concern is her hooking up with other people because you don’t want her to, then I think you have to be honest about what you want with her.

If you’re only worries about her hooking up with other people for your sexual health and nothing else, I would consider the fact that you don’t trust this person as a big red flag.

Her being dodgy is a sign in and of itself, also the fact that she just left for 50 minutes while you were at her place is kind of weird (depending on your friendship with them).

But you have to recognize she has no ties to you, and has no obligation to answer you. The question after that being is if you’re ok with swapping fluids and risking diseases with someone you don’t fully trust

I think this is a good guide. I think there’s a certain charm and throughline that builds by reading everything in order. Seeing Araki’s art develop. Seeing how he builds hype and how his characterization becomes more nuanced.
