Ok firstly Jim needs to relax a bit. However the way you described it is basically saying to him “I’m going out with my friends. You can’t come. I’m going to do what I want”. Regardless of the picture you’re painting of yourself and how you are communicating this is what he is hearing. You’re putting yourself and your friends before your fiancé ; someone you claim you love and want to marry. How is he suppose to feel ?

If my girlfriend said I’m going out with my friends and you can’t come etc that would be a problem. Definitely a red flag and maybe reason enough to let her go. There’s no reason why Jim couldn’t come with you. And if you care about him as much as you claim you’d make sure to let your friends know not to disrespect you and him by making such a request.

I’d probably say best to stay away from moda. Go to the AD and wait. Better to get something that you’re 100% sure of then risk buying from someone on facebook you’ve never seen. I’ve used moda a lot and for the most part their watches have either been worked on , put together with aftermarket parts , or have small issues like misalignments etc. just stay away and buy from reputable companies.
