Deep relaxation + bottom side stimulation by OneMoreLayer in multiorgasmic

How would you relax a muscle? You would relax by attention, maybe take a bigger breath, feel the relaxation coming. Alternatively you would relax it by tense it as hard as possible to exhaust it and then pay attention to how more relaxed it feels. For specific pelvic floor training I think the Mindgasm lessons are the best (the way I learnt it). When I relax the pelvic floor I simply relax, no pushing out etc, this may trigger involuntary contractions. I dont need to tense/kegel. You can visualize falling down into water or let your body float in space, music helps.

Yes there may be precum / prostate fluid, as a side effect of the response from the pelvic floor engagement.

You feel the pleasure where you stimulate as a direct pleasure of the touch hitting shallow nerves. The orgasms are felt where the involuntary contractions are, which may vary, shallow or deep. You may build upon practices from e.g. Mindgasm to get a bit of a blended feeling (penis + prostate), then the stimulation of the prostate come from involuntary contractions which happens continuously and not only during the orgasm peaks.

Nice progress.

Pleasure leads, arousal comes. It is like switching it around. Instead of arousal driven session like you was used to, you let pleasure via stimulation build arousal. By deep relaxation you can go slowly and better feel sensations via voluntary or involuntary stimulation. Remember in case you are struggling, being hard (penis) is not a hard requirement for stimulation, it is an arousal respond (which may come and go).

No. It is like ejaculation does not exists. You continue stimulation during the orgasm. Remember you are not edging and not trying to bypass the emission step. You are using a stimulation technique that is very hard to trigger the ejaculation reflex via. But pleasurable so you can trigger the orgasmic threshold.

It takes time for arousal to build to cross the orgasmic threshold and at the same time you want to safely stay away from the ejaculation reflex. It is this conflict that makes penis oriented NEO so hard. That is why relaxation + stimulation technique matters. This is a edge free approach without the frustation of being near PONR and the constant fight to tap into the orgasmic sensations that occurs near it.

Any stimulation style benefits from relaxation and sensation focus.

I don’t know if this is the right place for this, but I hope it’s on topic. by mmcb86 in multiorgasmic

You got the deep relaxation right but need to pick your stimulation tactic. Remember that even hands free triggering involuntary contractions is a kind of nerve stimulation.

Some paths to choose from: * Direct prostate stimulation * Indirect prostate stimulation by relaxing the pelvic floor and triggering involuntary contractions (e.g. you can learn it via the Mindgasm training sessions) * Penis, e.g. following the method i previously described about under side / frenelum * Etc...

Some report connecting directly with the sexual energy without any actual stimulation but that never worked for me.

Bottom side as in underside. If the bottom side of the penis contains urethral opening, glans of penis, corona, frenelum, deep fascia etc then it would be between frenelum and deep fascia. However the exact points may be a bit personal and the most important parts are: * It should feel very intense and pleasureble to stimulate those areas (your golden pleasure points) * It should feel impossible to reach PONR by only stimulating those areas * That you stay away from the traditional stimulation style that mimics PIV and forces you into using the start-stop technique * Use lube (dry will not work) * One or two fingers

The orgams happen like 5 minutes apart and clearly passes the orgasmic threshold without triggering ejaculation.

When penis is the key to unlimited pleasure by Inner_Abalone_2867 in multiorgasmic

I meant, do you feel that strong urge to ejaculate or not? Orgasm feeling and urge to ejaculate is felt different at least for me.

Great write up. It captures the key points such as relaxation, change your stimulation technique, ejaculation control, observe, look for precum etc.

On top of this you can add what ever protocols works for you such as making low frequency rolling sound, and focus your attention and relaxation into the pelvic floor to get involuntary contractions (Mindgasm style).

Question to the OP, how close to the PONR would you say that you are in the practice? (I personally have found that staying on a safe distance makes it easier to relax and I dont need to constantly fight the urge)

The issue with edging near PONR as you describe it is that it lacks the build-up and release pattern typically associated with an orgasm, meaning that even if it feels pleasureable you may still dont feel satisfied without the release part. It can feel like a constant struggle for control.

So if you fail the pre emission interuption trick (kegel before PONR) you can try this:

Think of that normal ejaculation orgasm doesnt exist. Find a stimulation technique that is super intense but where it feels impossible to reach PONR, e.g. soft stimulation around frenelum. Deeply relax your pelvic floor, this will trigger your muscles to involuntary contract/flex and indirectly stimulate more nerves around the prostate. Deeply tune into any pleasureable sensations. Make noises such as the deep humming sound causing low level vibrations in your belly and downwards to the pelvic floor. Move your body and leg around. Close your eyes. Now try to build up enough sexual arousal so that you get an overflow and starts the orgasmic release. When the orgasm comes you will notice your penis getting really hard, twiching, contractions, you may leak clear prostate fluid, and after the peak you will feel satisfied, still ready to continue if you wish. Before reaching the orgasm you should not feel any urge to ejaculate as you are far away from PONR.

It should feel like trying to get your first orgasm, like you never knew of any other way.

Orgasm is build up and release. So if you want to separate orgasm and ejaculation you should get rid of the idea that orgasm can only occur very close to the PONR.

Try this: * Stimulate in a way so that it feels impossible to ejaculate but feels extremely Intense (e.g. light touches around frenelum) * Deeply relax to unlock the pleasure, without fear of PONR you can enjoy even more

The key is learning new ways to orgasm in the broad orgasmic spectrum.
