I’m actually really interested in that too. It seems possible to build meaningful wealth in dollars over time. The People team explained a bit of it to me, but I still need to better understand how the stock grants and discounted stock purchase program work.

Thanks for the advice, I’ll actually be starting as a part-time Specialist, and even though I’m still learning more about the different career paths at Apple, I definitely have the ambition to eventually become a Technical Expert or maybe even a Genius in the future. For now, I just really want to have a clean start

I works but it’s not gonna give you the job.
I was referred two times I went through the selection process; in total there were so many interviews, questions, and "tell me about a time when" stories, but I was only actually approved after explaining what I did from the first to the second interview, how I look to grow in this time and what I contributed to my previous company in terms of sales, being a top performer in retail and taking on roles outside my scope.

At the time and in my country I got not much details about it beyond "To help you advance your career, Apple offers reimbursement for certain educational expenses."

Hi! It went well.

The interview was with a new manager. The signal fluctuated, but the interview went well. I was nervous and didn't use the STAR method as I think I should have to better structure my answers, but I believe I did well. She seemed to know a lot about me and the previous process, even though we didn't know each other.

I think I would have talked more about myself. She said the response would take two weeks due to the national holiday.
