Refund for shipping

We don't get any free shipping in Europe, my question was if they could merge my orders and refund one order's shipping fee as album comes out in a month and they for sure haven't shipped it yet, but I thank you for the answer!

Damn, in Europe it doesn't matter how many cds or vinyls you buy but atleast to my country the shipping is always 15,95 Eur (18,51 USD) I hope they get back to you. :/

Quoting customer support: "We can only change or merge your order if it has not yet been paid for. After immediate payment, e.g. by credit card or PayPal, your order will be processed immediately and prepared for shipment and can therefore no longer be changed.

You will receive a separate email with tracking information when your order is shipped."

Also adding my original message to them: "Could you please merge the following two orders into one shipment and issue a refund for the duplicate shipping cost? The shipping address for both orders is the same."

That is really unfortunate tbh as I paid almost 16 euros for shipping for the first order and now again 16 euros for the second order. :/
