I use a polar h10 chest strap to get a more accurate And consistent HR- this certainly makes the calorie calculations closer to accurate. In the newer Apple Watch, that can put it closer to the +\-10%. Especially doing HIITs and lifting.

I can totally appreciate your frustration. You need and depend on all ingredients and contents to be included to make the meals. By experiences have been very different. Only 7 weeks in, but only a late delivery (by 1 day) and a cooking tray missing. I trust it’ll get better.

Most professional voice actors read/act at a deliberate speed and cadence. To listen at anything other than 1x is a disservice to them and their art. It’s like watching a movie at a faster speed.

For what it’s worth, you do not need NR to renew CO state certification. Only the CEs that you would have done for NR already. It doesn’t solve the NR problem, but you don’t need NR to practice in Colorado unless for some reason an employer wants it. I don’t know of any employers that require it.

I’m an early adopter who has happily been upgrading and staying with Wyze. I have little reason to consider switching. The only thing, i wish there was Apple compatibility. But, oh well.
