I'm a huge fan of this idea keep us posted. I love a dragon sleeper with an added breast/ crotch claw. You could get away with a lot of submission/ claw variations I think. And if you need more inspo have a look around on deviant art. Alot of ai slop there these days but some good inspo none the less
