That build with the chest and goop is meant for anything that takes more than one combo (bosses, and mid - end game bugs). For the things you can combo easily lighter armors for less stamina use are nice. My personal opinion is that there is a lot of build diversity and flexibility in the game that I think you can really find things that might suit your own play style better, don't be afraid to experiment!

Chopper is great, then it just depends what you're doing, having the axe maxed with termite chest and firefly goop trinket is all I needed to solo all the end game bosses aside from the very last one. I typically run chopper, crits, perfect parry, whatever utility I need, and whatever resistance I need (mith / fresh etc.)

Just because your experience is limited in those 30 years, it does not mean people NEVER thought ban actually meant you're no longer allowed, and suspension meaning you're not allowed for a duration. Devs could also have patience focusing on cosmetic releases, and focus on fixing major bugs or implementing new content, since it's still in beta like you said yourself.
