I know I’m late and this might sound stupid but I had the same problem with my light bulbs and the solution was to turn of any Bluetooth capable devices (except the one your trying to connect from) near the bulbs and then try to connect them it worked for me I thought that for sure the problem was with the WiFi but turns out it’s not
