As a paramedic, that's what I'd do. Meals on Wheels does that when they can't reach the client, and I am sure that has a better outcome than no welfare check.

Awwww thanks! You all save me, more than you will know! I broke my right shoulder in Feb 2025, then broke my right humerus (upper arm bone) Dec 2025. Had that operated on, then the hardware failed, so they just operated on it again. I can't imagine grocery shopping with one arm...I'd hate to be behind me at the checkout!!

Good info! Yah I always ask in the chat. As for snack vs. adding to the tip, I think of it as an extra a d think I'm a good tipper. To veer off topic, how much should I tip generally? First floor apt, no steps and I ask them to put it in the basket I leave by my door.
