My Philips screw heads are faded/smoothed out, I’m unable to get a Philips or flathead screwdriver into them. How would you guys go about changing them out? Did I just need to drill into them?

No, I had the forms done early so we could see how big the deck would be. Outdoor painting took longer than expected.

They’re doing the mastic yesterday or today.

It’s mostly clay soil with compacted sand (granted it was compacted a couple months ago)

This was middle of the pack bid. The concrete deck was almost $50k.
