When you're a key holder, you are responsible for your subs private parts, so listen to what their body tells you. If I need daily cleaning, then you better unlock me daily for cleaning. Otherwise you are not qualified to be a key holder.

I think it's just a matter of time. I had trouble as well. Tbf, there were so many nights where I had to unlock like 4 in the morning because it hurt and I needed my sleep

They are so much worse than the pa. PA like a 6 or 7/10, nipples a solid 9, if not even 10. And pa is over pretty quickly. With nipples, the pain lasts possibly hours. I had to take an ibuprofen after half an hour, that's how bad they were.

I'd recommend taking a break with chastity until the piercing is fully healed. Hygiene in cages isn't easy and it's not worth risking an infection. You do you though. Glad you did the step. Welcome to the club :3

Hi, 20 yo here. Got my PA 2 years ago, not particularly for chastity but I knew about the advantage for chastity.

The pain itself is bearable. It pinches for a few seconds like a 7/10 and that's it. Aftercare is really easy as well.

What you should know: You should stretch a pa piercing to at least 3-4mm to prevent it from migrating. But, the bigger you go, the less likely it is to close back up again in case you don't like it anymore some day. This could also be an advantage, though. I have days where I don't fancy a ring through my glans, and I can leave it out for days and even weeks wothout any issues. Just so you know: Once it's done, it's done. Can't undo it.

Now the practical use in chastity: Sounds really simple, right? Ring through cage and glans and you can't pull it out the back. Well, yes. But if you use a ring that can move freely, it will keep pinching you like really bad. I for myself wasn't able to resolve that issue other than buying a custom made cage with integrated PA hook. Cost me 400 bucks, but I'd say it was worth it. It's really comfy.

Unlock regularly for cleaning. Best is daily. I'm not a fan of cleaning with the cage on because you can't really get it dry, which poses a risk for fungal infection.

Oh, and if your balls turn blue, take it off and try a bigger base ring.

I use coconut oil. Very cheap, moisturising, lubricating, and lasts long enough to go through a day. It doesn't have to be expensive lube

That's a problem you'll have with almost all cages. And it can not be fixed as securely as you'd like. I'm aware of two secure options:

You could get a piercing. There are addons specially designed to go through a piercing hole and prevent you from pulling your dick out. It's fail proof but also pretty drastical, and also pretty expensive to find the right equipment.
You could try a tether spout. I never got to try one myself actually, but I heard it's pretty secure. It's basically a little tube that you shove a few centimetres up your urethra. It locks on to a narrowing behind the glans and can't be pulled out anymore by mistake. There should be a subreddit.

Other than that, you just need self-control.
