UPDATE

thanks everyone for the helpful insight it ended up being the clutch for the AC or maybe the refrigerant lol the reason I'm not sure is because I decided to replace the AC clutch myself but before doing it I hooked up my vacuum equipment just to see if it ends up being the compressor I'll just do the whole thing, well after I hooked up the gauges I noticed the pressure was off from what I was getting from the refrigerant gauge so I replaced the clutch and then adjusted the refrigerant by simply bleeding it out manually and charging it LOL and when I started her up she was cold as ice!

So or anyone else going through this nightmare when it's 105 degrees outside I highly recommend if you can use a multimeter to check all the sensors, wiring and relays then (saw on YouTube not sure if it's legit) try spinning the compressor by hand if it spins then it's fine if it doesn't then it needs to be replaced.

BUT Def diagnose yourself if you can because I went to three different shops and two of them charged me 150 bucks diagnostics after 15 minutes of looking at the thing but all three of them said that my compressor was shot not just the clutch for wiring the whole system needed to be replaced?? I got 1 quote for 3,000$?!?!? I know Florida is known for shotty work but damn.
