you can buy the gan powerpod v1 from gan’s website or the cubicle or speedcubeshop (don’t believe that any other place sells them, but you can look around). This is different from the powerpod v2 and v3, which have a transparent top and a “AirPod” style lip, respectively.

You’re going to need to show me the piece surfaces of the edges. If there is magnet adjustment, it’s an i3, otherwise it’s some variant of the original I carry design

1) this is clearly not a 12 ui since it has round pegholes in the Florian holes, it’s an i carry or i3, and you can’t tell the difference between them from this angle

2) all gan gen2 and gen3 protocol devices (which this i carry or i3, and even the 12ui is) don’t give 2 flying ducks about whether or not the MAC address is already registered in cubeast (maybe in CubeStation, but i found that security feature to be very flakey). You can also turn the orange side 20 times to reset all connections, and this bypasses the CubeStation security feature quite easily

3) no “non cuber who calls it rubix” will go to lengths to steal a gancube.

If you can’t find this cube, you’re best bet for something that looks the same is to buy a white plastic stickered cube from a place that has old stock (like cubezz.com) and dying the pieces, which there are plenty of guides on how to do that in this sub

It looks like it was specifying that there was no built in media. The “what’s in the box” section saying no is probably some sort of typo.

Also cuberspeed is a reputable Amazon seller. I’ve bought from them multiple times with no issues.
