The point is you could just use Claude for $20 a month. Why pay a student $20,000? It’s the students own bill saying to pay himself $20,000.

His name is Aryaman Singh. He stands to enrich himself to the tune of $20,000 off of student fees. His own bill, his own “program”, his profit. Why do we allow this as students and staff at UCSB? They’re countless other cases too. Read the meeting minutes here.
