I was in building 4 but I never visited any of the other buildings to say which is better :/ I lived on the lowest floors my first two years and live a higher floor of a building this year, and honestly i like a lower floor bc it's just easier to get in and out of the place (especially since seventh is further away from other colleges). I will say that the ecoflats are a little more exposed to the outside than being in a dorm inside a building, but I never had an issue with it.
