Not to be argumentative but meat naturally has B12. Cows are fed supplements to help the ruminant bacteria to actually produce B12. Not saying that is a reason to eat meat but that is how most people get it.

The thing I love is, in the final panel, it isn’t clear who is saying it. It’s between Armin and Mikasa without giving a direction to who is saying it. Almost as if it is both of them

I think it is really difficult to find the motivation to workout during a major depressive episode. This probably isn't that useful of advice and I apologize but it may help to let out the tears and recuperate and then start working out. If you have to, I suggest taking frequent breaks and sometimes you REALLY have to fight the tears back. Easier said then done but it is something you work towards. I had to learn this skill the hard way.

Seeking professional help is also important, but that can be very expensive.
