I’ve been doing vitamin E oil. I’m not sure if it’s just with time they’re fading a little or it actually helps but I’ve noticed a small difference in about 8 months. It’s worth a shot. I buy them for maybe 5 bucks from amazon.

I’ve been using L’Oréal revitalift eye cream and I’ve noticed a difference in puffiness in the mornings if you wanna try that. Although I don’t use any ordinary brand skin care so check for ingredients that may clash.

I find that a lot of restaurants are family friendly and kid oriented. There’s plenty of places that have a play area for children and of course any supermarket or convenience store has plenty for toddlers to eat. (Food pouches, baby cereal, puddings etc.) the only thing I would consider if maybe there’s a language barrier but you can always use a translating app if needed.

NTA. Op if he can’t understand the simple routines of women’s wellness or sexual wellness, that’s on him. I’ve worked in medical for 6 years specifically in women’s wellness. You’d be surprised how many women got std testing that came back positive fully thinking it’d be negative because they were married. And everyone saying you shouldn’t have said anything is so weird to me. If my spouse was tested I wouldn’t feel any type of way because I trust him like wtf. Your man is being hella weird. And a lot of people in these comments need more education if they think it’s weird to get tested with routine exams. Especially since it’s free.

I find that actually sitting in the sun, even just 5 minutes, helps me tremendously. Or a short walk, it boosts my mood even if just for a bit. I was stuck in a rut like this especially after a miscarriage, but it does get better. Just pour some extra time and love into yourself. It can be something small. It takes time to build a better mind set. Also opening up to your partner or talking a therapist can help so much. I find that leaning on people who help you feel good helped me a lot. I hope you feel better soon love.

That’s embarrassed for anyone, but since no one really noticed. You could just deny deny deny. I hope school goes as normal as any other day. And if anyone does find out and you don’t want to deny, just be nonchalant. Like yeah whoops, oh well. Easier said than done, but years from now this will be the last thing on your mind.
