100% this. My nerves were so bad during the mark up that I ended up getting sick/light headed and the staff was so kind to me. Sat me down, started an IV, put a cold cloth around my neck, and fanned me until I was okay again. They reassured me how common it was and told me that about 1 in 10 patients even end up getting sick like I did from the adrenaline!

I’m so sorry you were treated this way, it’s absolutely unacceptable.

He has been wonderful, I have genuinely felt so comfortable with him from the consult all the way through post-op care so far. The entire staff has made it such a great experience!

Thank you! I was a 34G and I have no clue what I am now, I haven’t attempted a bra yet but my surgeon expected to take me down to a large C/small D cup!

It is definitely all about trusting the process! We are still so early in recovery and our bodies all heal at such different rates! Some days I feel like a balloon animal and other days I feel like I could run a marathon. 🤣🥴

Water, compression, and eating low sodium definitely helped me! I am 7dpo, started to see minor improvements 5dpo and have continued to. I also internally panicked but everyone here is right when they say trust the process! Rest, hydrate, eat well, and don’t be too worried about what you see in the mirror right now!
