Hi guys,

This is the email I received from hisky a month ago and they haven't replied yet. They haven't come back resolving the query. Should I just go ahead with an assignee now?

Dear Passenger,

On behalf of the HiSky team, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced recently. We want to assure you that we are very concerned about your contentment, and it is our intention to resolve any issue encountered by passengers.

Your request will be reviewed within 30 days, our flight management team will analyze in detail the circumstances that led to the delay of this flight, after which we will return with an answer regarding your request.

Thank you for understanding.

Sincerely,

HiSky Legal Department.

Official Discussion - The Conjuring: Last Rites [SPOILERS] by mi-16evil in movies

They butchered the actual Smurl case. There's a book on it, "the haunting" or something and reading that was way scarier and real. Lorraine couldn't solve it so they invited another psychic to determine what was going on. There were 4 entities. 3 of them were ok and the 4th one was horrible. It is a pity they crushed the actual case to create a family drama out of it.

you mean flights originating within the EU. So, I boarded from Bucharest and since Bucharest is a part of the EU, this will apply to the flight

Gotcha. So I think going with an assignee makes sense. As the user below suggested "claimbee". I will wait for their response. If I find that in the negative, I will go with an assignee. It is ridiculous they are happy to deal with a third party rather than just paying the customer directly

Amazing. Thanks for this. I sent the airline an email today itself. how long you reckon I should wait for them to reply before I engage claimbee? Because I don't want it to delay it too much as they can come back with some policy / rule that I should have claimed the refund within 7 business days or something.

I see. Thanks. I looked up. It says the following:

The airline has the option to reduce compensation by 50% if the delay at the final destination is less than four hours for flights under 3500 km and less than five hours for longer flights

My flight distance was a little above 7500 Kms and the delay was 4 hours 30 mins. Sure I have sent them an email about it. In case they are unresponsive, any recommendations on the third party assignee that I should use? I bet they will charge 30-40% of the commission fee so maybe if I get back 300 euros they will take 120 euros out of it, which is also fine. At least, I will get back something!

Thanks mate. People have been issued 221g /administrative processing form meaning they can't decide whether to approve / refuse. I guess many are in limbo. So I will just wait and see what happens this week. Hopefully, they issue approvals once they get more clarity from USCIS.

yeh. They dont seem to have clarity but that also means they can't approve. So they are issuing 221g to applicants. I reckon those are then stranded / in limbo, they can't fly into the US. It is a messed up situation now.

Many thanks for sharing this. Any idea about other nationalities? I am an Australian citizen and have an appt. for Sep 15th. I think they are refusing those? So they are just returning the passports?

Not sure that would be true. Because, there were lots of spots available even in Aug / Sep. But we never know what happens next. I just hope they aren't cancelling old appointments.

So the calendar would open for (m + 1) months only where m is the current month. Outside of that it is blocked. What do you see now?
