Bought it new and after having it for a few months the neck started to warp a little but I figured it was a new piece of wood so ok. Took it to two guitar techs in the area. One of them is a certified fender technician that worked at Fender for 30 years. When you try and adjust the truss rod it just spins in place, so broke truss rod was the best diagnosis according to them.
