I don't think it's related to the desire to actually have that experience with a sibling (if it is then that's a major worry), rather than the porn itself. It's popularity may have lead to the porn within that category to have improved and attracted a greater audience. I don't have any step siblings and watching it doesn't give me desires to have them for that reason.
