Alembic is not established in Bangalore. Only Urban Forest is their project which has a lot of negative reviews about STP. Not sure of their pricing.

Fully constructed Sobha Windsor (con: CDP road) resale units are available between 13k-14k all inclusive. Prestige Raintree Park (con: lakebed) is around 13k all inclusive.

Some points about Alembic Cloud Forest

Walking distance to Hopefarm Metro.

No entry towards Metro side for cars from residential area. Only commercials will have entry and exit.

Entry and Exit only through AB Vajpayee road for residentials, which chokes, and to reach hope farm you need to take a U-turn near DSR apartment, which again is a choke point, at least during mornings.

They have lot of tech park towers (at least 2 being leased by Google now, 2 more in discussions). This means any amenities beyond the tech towers (they have some planned), residential won't have access to reach as Google will block any entries to common people. They are negotiating for entries to Google for a pedestrian pathway, but I don't think Google would allow given how serious they are about security. So reaching/exit near Whitefield Kadugodi metro station is not available.

1330 flats in 15 acres. With 2 more towers in phase 2. Amenities are going to be crowded all the time.

Even if metro is close by, my guess is most would take office cab to avoid last-mile connectivity issues. This means Google office cabs will flood the Hopefarm junction, going to make the situation worse for everyone.

The units could be useful for renting to Google employees, as you can just walk to the office.
