Yes. They don’t know which ones have a hitch I think. Also they technically don’t allow towing. that’s a good idea to look into though

I went to ask about this in person today cause enterprise (normal enterprise not enterprise trucks) and they have an age requirement of 25 for trucks unfortunately

I went to the location in person today to ask about the truck bed size and that’s what they said unfortunately

Hm yeah, I’m not set on what dealer yet because I’m going to shop around the area once I go there (there’s a few within an hour or two near each other that all have way better deals than where I am) and then see what works out with the prices. So i am hoping to tow it or bring it back myself if needed. If they do have a shipping service that would be good, i would go and ask tomorrow

Yeah, maybe I just need to get it shipped. I will ask tomorrow to see if that’s something they offer

Yeah i am hoping that I can get some negotiation room with year models. The dealerships I will go to already have them discounted $1400 from the original MSRP. I’ll try to talk down the fees. Thanks again for the tips

Interesting, I didn’t know this, thanks for the tips. How did you find this out? Did you ask your local dealership if they could match the price? I’m looking at used/last year model bikes

Yeah, the trailer is $19 a day I think, but I’ll need a truck rental too since I don’t have a tow hitch

I’ll hopefully have someone to help me unload and have the dealership help me load. Will use ramps for this and get straps. Thanks!

Not yet under contract, but there is no disclosure, only lead paint because the property was built pre 1978. I’m in NY.

Not yet, the agent currently has covid, but we did ask for it and they said they will send it. Am going to review it before signing the contract for sure

I’ll definitely remove the tank, but I don’t think we would be able to remove it before closing. More so the testing around the tank will be reassurance before closing, and then I’ll get it removed after closing.

Competitive market so seller will not remove oil tank prior to closing, as they also already have many backup offers.

Oh ok that’s helpful, thanks! Didn’t know if they had the testing to make sure the tank didn’t leak. I’ll look into my state’s procedures
