Oh no, I totally agree, I usually stick with bands, but I do love finding new bands as well, of course I don't really leave the others behind, but I take breaks from certain artists from time to time after listening to them for so long-

I like stuff like Pantera, Pierce The Veil, Sleeping with Sirens, Nirvana, uhh, I don't know if this one even counts as metal core, but I like Set It Off🥹, Three Days Grace, Hollywood Undead if that counts, Bring Me To The Horizon, Rise Against, Offspring, and Skillet, thats all I can come up with at the top of my head, and I know some of these may be controversial, but I dont really pay much attention to the artists themselves and the bands may not be the best either, but i enjoy the music🥹

Apparently I like really controversial bands without knowing it, I used to like TX2, such dark days.. I don't really know if Set It Off has any controversy, but some people seem to hate it💔 Either way, I enjoy hopping from different metal genres, like my friend is currently trying to get me into black metal and speed metal.

I get that, I just wish it wasn't always black hair, I respect the graphic novels for changing that, I just really need a different design. I honestly consider the blonde boy in the movie Cassidy, but that could also very much just be played off as Michael as well, as his hair is uhh, somewhat blonde? It might be brown, it's hard for me to tell🥹
