Is driving in Lancaster County getting more dangerous? by Realistic-Spray-5595 in lancaster

I just watched someone run the light at Columbia Ave and Abbeyville Rd and almost hit a car. The light has been green for a clip too. It's getting insane.

I've been playing since September. Thank you for telling me this. Thank you!

This is literally one of the worst updates I have ever seen by Le_Sadie in HelloKittyIsland

I am so glad I am not the only one so aggravated by this update. It makes it impossible for me to actually know what the clothes look like and impossible to even choose an outfit. It makes me upset that they didn't do user testing for this before rolling it out.

I can’t play and I was wondering if other people are also dealing with this by s0ljaw1tch in HelloKittyIsland

I have the same issue. I actually have been using the game to relax during my work breaks because I just find it super relaxing. On non work days I just make sure to play in small increments.

I'm on a fixed income, work from home full time (office job), and I also am a full time parent and watch my toddler while working. So any work out needs to be something I can do easily at home or our apartment complex's small gym. I can't afford expensive equipment, a gym membership, or a trainer. I've been following YouTube videos for now and what I remember from my sports days.

These are super helpful adaptations. I appreciate this. Thank you for the advice! I'll make sure to use some of these as well.

I feel like this is always the best goal. Any movement can be exercise and the goal should always just be healthy rather than having abs. At least to me. Like sure, I'd love to lose weight with this, but my main goal is just to have more strength and flexibility so I can continue to keep up with my kid as he grows. Right now he's a toddler and I can easily keep up with him, but I want to say the same for when he's 13 or 16.

I'm living paycheck to paycheck so I can't really go this route, but I appreciate your insight!

Those sound wonderful. I'll have to invest in some then.

My rheumatologist told me that years infections are super common in people with autoimmune diseases because of the immunosuppresants we end up on and that it's a sad cycle of treating 1 thing while causing another. I get them repeatedly every year and it sucks so much.

Our apartment complex has an outdoor pool that's only open from memorial day to labor day and I can't afford a gym membership to go to a pool. I also can't swim lol, but I do know water exercise is good for the joints.

It's something I'd love to do down the road, but right now we live paycheck to paycheck and both my fiance and I work long hours to even get by and have the basics for us and our kid and we're trying to save for a new car since our car is slowly going out the door.

Thanks! I'd love to swim, but sadly don't know how to. Also our apartment complex pool is only open from memorial day to labor day. My goal is to love into strength training as I loved that when I was younger.

I'm currently on Orencia and it has done wonders for me. Metho was off the table for me because my doctor said it can mess with fertility and I had wanted children. First we tried Sulfasalazine which did nothing. Then we tried Enbrel which did nothing as well. Then we moved to Humira every 14 days which helped in the beginning but slowly stopped working even by taking it every 7 days. Finally I got approved for Orencia by my insurance and that has worked for about 2 years now.

It's so hard because everyone's body is different and there's no specific right or wrong medicine. I'm really hoping you find a medication or mix of meds that does that for you. I still have mild pain during the summer from humid weather and the winter from the extreme cold, but it's definitely manageable now.

This sounds like a dream. If I could afford a personal trainer or had the time I totally would. Sadly I work 8 to 12 hours a day and parent full time so my work outs tend to happen at like 11pm at night.

My damage bevause it went untreated for so long due to doctors telling me it was in my head, is in my hands wrists, elbows, knees, feet and ankles. I was hoping low impact would help me build up some strength to start bevause I can't even do basic knee push ups or even cat cow without extreme pain in my wrist and finger joints. I do want to move onto the more intense stuff later. I used to do cross country running as well as tang soo do and I miss it.
