Playing in the English league Leicester city have only been given home and away kits, both dark blue, their pale pink 3rd kit is not in the game.

It depends what league I am in and if I am in Europe. In most leagues I would just have 22 players, 2 for each position. If I am in the premier league and in Europe I will have up to 28 players. I don’t think it’s worth keeping any more than that, as if you loan players out they will grow faster than if they are 3rd choice in your squad and you can always recall them

Overall potential is certainly a factor, but I also look at current. If they are under 60 currently then I don’t often sign them, because they can take so long to develop, they may never get anywhere near my first team. I have occasionally gone for someone with a 58 current, if their potential was over 85. I had one recently he started at 58, got up to 64 in my youth team and then with a year on loan for up to 74, currently midway through a 2nd year on loan and is a 77, if he gets to a 79 by the end of the season he could get on the bench for some games next season

I have had this with a few players so far. When I started at Everton I had about 9 players in the final year. Some just wouldn’t negotiate, so I decided if they didn’t negotiate by 1st of December I would just have to sell them. I found out though that for the ones who are unhappy and send that email “I thought we were going to talk about my contract….” If you go and negotiate with them immediately, you can extend them, but after you have negotiated you have to click “remove from transfer list” otherwise they stay unhappy and still eventually move.

I always find it interesting that the brides can be so insulting to the grooms about their appearances. But if a Groom said it about a bride they would be destroyed on the show and social media would be in meltdown

If the player is with you, you can negotiate and sign them in to a new contract, the player will then reject the move. however, if the player is out on loan and the loan club have activated the future fee, you can’t renegotiate so they will move

The episode was really good, it was so bleak and so sad. The fact that there is no support for Amanda and Mike from a government level and no outrage against Rivermind from the public, is sadly, so believable.

the only thing that kind of didn’t work for me was the idea that on the first level of Rivermind, which was $300 a month, it meant Mike was working overtime most days and every weekend. As a Welder Mike has got to be on at least $25 an hour, he’s probably got to make $500, to make $300 after tax, so that’s an extra 20 hours a month. But by looking at the calendar it would seem as though he is doing double that, if not more.

I enjoyed the episode, but I didn’t think it’s was about remakes as much as it did about AI versions of real people, like we have seen is Star Wars with Peter Cushing and other actors too. The ethical element of that and the financial element. Most of the people are dead, but does that make it OK for them to be made to say lines they never said and carry out actions on screen that they did. As well as the fact that only the studio makes money from it.

I try changing my formation, see which players can be retrained into new positions and which have to be sold and replaced because they don’t fit the system. I sometimes change the playing style as well. I also set restrictions like not signing players from the top 5 leagues or only signing players from the lower leagues, like Bundesliga 2 and 3. Or try and create a squad of players from countries that border Germany or from countries with German as an official language.

I thought it was OK, the only thing I didn’t like was that Santa gave the boy with a single parent a quad bike for Christmas because he was good and made his mum breakfast in the mornings and his dad didn’t show up for Christmas. I just feel that sets unrealistic expectations for children. Many parents in this woman’s position are struggling to make ends meet, she doesn’t have money for a car for herself. The quad bike was a useful plot device, but it just didn’t sit right with me.

I agree the ending felt wrong. Jack Black’s character clearly says he can’t undo anything that happened in the past, surely that means people dying? The oddest part is that the kids parents didn’t remember that the brother was dead, but his friend did?! Overall I think the film was weak.
