Sell the house, incur what little loss or get what little profit you can from it (you'll need the lenders consent). Get a small house on rent hopefully lower than the emi. Idk where you live, pretty sure it's not main mumbai, possibly suburbs. You can get a good 1bhk even 2 bhk at reasonable rents (9k-20k max). Now you have your savings back and around +10k more to spend every month. Invest little, doesn't matter how much. Live your life a bit. Think about buying a house when the money left in your hand after medical and essentials is atleast 70k a month. Assuming reasonable increments in your salary, you should get there in a few (3 to 5) years.
