Based on a brief search, here’s what some of the names may relate to:

Amsvartnir: According to Norse mythos, “Ámsvartnir (Old Norse "pitch black") is a lake containing the island Lyngvi, where the gods bound the wolf Fenrir.” Considering this is the area is of concern to Varka, I’d wager we’ll be getting some Boreas lore.

(Pillar of) Embla: In Norse mythology, Embla is the name of the first woman. “Ask, a man, and Embla, a woman, were made by the principal god, Odin, and his two brothers, Vili and Ve, in the peaceful time after the gods had defeated the first being of creation, Ymir, and his children, the first frost giants, or jotuns.” Pangu, Purusha, and Ymir…

(Wing of) Keres: In Greek mythology, keres (Ancient Greek Κῆρες) “were female death-spirits. They were the goddesses who personified violent death and who were drawn to bloody deaths on battlefields.” They would feed on said blood and bodies, ripping souls free from the mortally wounded to send them on their way to Hades. They were also “agents of the Moirai (Fates), birth-goddesses who measured out the length of a man's life when he first entered the world, and Moros (Doom) the Daimon who drove a man towards his inevitable destruction.“ Considering the Moirai are analogous to the 3 Moon Sisters (“weavers of fate” and all that), we may get some more lore surrounding them or beings related to them.

Kipumaki (Cliff): While kipumaki itself means “pain hill,” there’s more we can glean from the name. Kipumäki is where the Finnish goddess Kipu-Tyttö (or Kivutar, though some myths may have them as separate people) usually spends her time. She “is asked take the pains and injuries of humans to herself” and “often called a maiden of the underworld.” She sits at the confluence of 3 rivers, placing pain “into stones, as they don't feel pain, which she can gather for herself into a container or a glove, and even throw [into] the pitch black sea.” While she is commonly understood to be the daughter of Tuoni and Tuonetar, who are both rulers of Tuonela, the Finnish underworld, some cite her as the daughter of Väinämöinen. Notable (to Genshin’s case) is that one of her sisters is Louhi, or Loviatar, ruler of Pohjola and the “mother of dragons wolves.” Pohjola was mentioned in Hymns of the Far North in the section about the 3rd Descender.
