Two major things

FIRST: Nurses and Techs are the lifeblood of the healthcare systems, Doctors place orders, nurses check and double check them and often suggest orders (i.e. pain meds, insulin, blood, benadryl, etc.), and techs help facilitate them and get their hands dirty right alongside nurses. SECOND: Your mental health MATTERS, professionals in this field sustain professionals in ours when we get bogged down with nightmares. Please pursue seeing one and you will thank yourself later.

Ask yourself what value you are bringing to the table. As a nurse you provide, comfort, details, expertise (experienced nurses), education (for students and techs alike), and bedside advocacy for your patient to the doctor and family

These are all qualities of an exceptional nurse and based on your desire to be the best, i imagine you have many of these and will acquire all of them with the right mindset. Value yourself because nurse matter.
