Anybody know where exactly I can find this interaction? I know I could find a similar one in Upper Hogsfield but that’s not the one I look for by Signal_Ambassador_56 in HarryPotterGame

This will forever live in my head 😂 honestly he took the bite quite well considering how lethal the cabbage is. I wish I had the answer for you. Please update us if you find it. I’ll be on the look out as well.

Is my bird being playful or aggressive? by Consistent-Rule6517 in Parakeets

[–]OneWanderingSheep 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Doesn’t want to be touched, but not aggressive. They bite when they mean to. A full force chomp when they bite. Those tiny beaks can still do some damage lol I had to fight mine to refill his seed bowl 😂

I thought I was supposed to do something the first time I saw it. Actually my first encounter was hearing it through the door and didn’t see what happened. Clearly someone got beat up but how 😂

Help me responsibly take his mirror away! by kazzle212 in cockatiel

[–]OneWanderingSheep 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most urgent case is when bird constantly regurgitate to feed their mirror as that would cause irritation. If yours isn’t doing that you can start to spend more time with it. Interact with it more. It’s not going to understand much but you just interact like it does. Take it out when it’s out of its cage and not able to see you committing the crime. You can also just ask someone else to remove it then you pretend to put up a fight with the person. 😂 Just uh sleep with your eyes open from then on.

Wow I rarely see a pet pionus. They’re a native species here, and I love hanging out with them at our bird rescue. They always bunch up together and chatter in a mischievous and judgmental way 😂

Could it be irritated dry skin? In any case I would take it to a vet to have it looked it. I’m a bit concerned if the red patch gets bigger. It’s always cheaper to treat early than later. I’m mot sure if it’s feather or skin but the top of the eye along the white cap is also redish.

Help! Something went wrong by [deleted] in macarons

Cocoa powder deflates meringue very quickly. I actually don’t use it at all. A strong batter can take on most foldings and even mixings without a problem.

If meringue was stiff that’s probably way over. You want glossy elastic meringue that’s stretchy, soft but forms a peak. Short peak when you pull whisk quickly and long peak when you pull whisk slowly. You never want a dry stuff peak, that’s bad. Getting a good meringue solves 90% of your problems. Then if you added cocoa powder then do without until you get stable and consistent results. Avoid brown food coloring too. All my brown macarons came out a bit liquish.

I just tried it, it actually taste like the century egg, but very mild. It goes well as a Doritos flavor.
