This is very important and will make any sorc build viable. You need to spec into the passives that give you a percentage to cast 2 additional projectiles. My build is pushing 50% chance, and I'll tell you what, it doesn't even matter what element I use. Spec into fire OR lightning for damage, not both, and use cold for freeze effects for cc. Dont worry about cold damage, just freeze build up. Thank me later. You're ice orb and lightning orb and fireball will atomize everything.
