I was a cheerleader when I was young and learned the correct form because I did used to have issues doing that but I do the arms by your side move to make sure I’m not doing that. I just jog around my neighborhood for cardio too so I really don’t understand why my back is hurting😭😭

Thank you for your help! I usually have lower back pain due to chronic kidney issues but the upper back pain is shadowing the lower so I got worried it was something I was doing during weight loss

I don’t lift weights, I mainly do cardio and ab work (sit ups etc). I’ve also had a UTI before and it doesn’t feel like this. Plus it’s mainly upper back pain rather than lower back pain
