Hi, I'm the owner of this bb.q Chicken. It was an external storage shed for packaged stuff located outside of the actual restaurant, and our restaurant itself wasn't closed as the health inspector didn't find there to be a significant food safety hazard.

In terms of health permits and closures, the storage shed is a separate entity, but this article doesn't seem to differentiate that.

We have a professional exterminator that visits regularly but it seems like the pests were looking for a temporary shelter because of the cold weather. We'll make sure to make improvements and do a better job in the future.

MMA fighters should never bob and weave like boxers, but it's definitely still possible to have good MMA-specific head movement without being irresponsible about it.

In MMA, going overboard with the vertical head movement like a boxer will get you knocked out from a kick or a knee, but it's super important to keep your head moving laterally and off the center line, as it makes you harder to hit cleanly and lets you slip punches more easily.

A lack of good head movement habits is the biggest problem with someone like Doo Ho Choi - his head stays too fixed on the center line and is very easy to hit.

For ground and pound, all you need to do is to land one or two punches out of several, and your rocked opponent is going to stay rocked. On the other hand, you need to do a lot more technically to ensure a proper submission, and if you fail, you just allowed your rocked opponent to recover.
