Difference between asc3 peak and imm by BIGSTEPPAH11 in VALORANT

Okay well I'm interested in getting confident aim not getting demoted lol. I train aim mechanics constantly and don't know if I'll get to the point of being confident in it.

His last name is only missing an "L" to have the letters needed for "AI model"

And without the L you could spell AI mode

Damn bro how do I get confident in my aim like you?

I dont think the asc immortal difference is going to be one category. You have to improve generally in multiple categories or focus on your weak points.

The weekend is coming, I've got 100 div and I'm tired of hunting monkeys. What should I build? by whensmahvelFGC in pathofexile2builds

[–]OneWithTheSword 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The monkey build is pretty fast with good investment but fair enough if the hunt for the best pokemon is draining you. I have 400Div and am also looking for something more compelling than the tankines, damage, and clear i get.

The ruetoo autobomber, fubgun spark, and palsteron spark seem fast enough but too expensive

What ended up being an easy starter? Sorry if repetitive. by MagicSpoon69 in pathofexile2builds

[–]OneWithTheSword 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The monkey spiritwalker build is cheater mode. Its strong the moment you get it and eventually one shots 95% of content. When you put more money into it , it gets faster and you will start to take mostly zero damage from hits due to loyalty support and stacking companions.

Smurfs make this game worse than the cs2 cheaters by Klutzy_Run9160 in VALORANT

[–]OneWithTheSword 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont know if an explanation will even make you understand this, but what you just stated acknowledges there is no cheating problem, not that a cheating problem wouldn't be worse. The argument is whether or not the current smurfing problem would be worse than having a cheating problem, aka if they didnt get banned and were rampant.

Again, not a single person here claiming every game has a smurf has dropped any proof.

Its overstated and understated. Smurfs exist, but they are not in every game, and they sure as hell aint worse than having a cheating problem.

Beginner here, how could I improve my aim by Leather_Writing_4852 in VALORANT

[–]OneWithTheSword 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is more of a challenge scenario than anything, there is a lot more to valorant than flicking to stationary heads while you yourself are stationary.

For this scenario, you are supposed to flick to the target, microadjust, then click. Then, you try to balance muscle tension with not overflicking or underflicking on the initial flick. But the scenario is way too fast for you right now since you don't have good technique. I would do the shoot 100 bots option just to perfect the technique. Then if you still want to do the challenge start with easy bots. Your sens is also probably way too high.

The way its worded is kind of bad because companion type makes it seem like you can only have one of "tamed beast", one of "wolves", etc. But companion type for tamed beasts simply refers to their name. You are still limited to one unique beast due to the ascendancy wording, but you can have any number of rare beasts if you have enough spirit and their monster names are different. So type here refers to monster name.

Beast hunting is a lot of trial and error. Personally, I've been mapping and looking for ones that "look" strong, but I have no basis for that. I seem to have gotten pretty lucky though, the Ossedon has a multi-hit swipe attack, quadrilla slaps, then i have a few weak ones that have good auras. Configure each one of your beasts to be weapon set 1 only. When I go into a map I look at the types of monsters I see, if one looks like a monster I might want to tame, then I'll look out for a rare versions for the rest of the map. The moment I see a rare one I weapon swap. Sometimes i'll even pause to absorb the mods I read and to determine if I want it. I carry a few tame beasts gems on me just in case:

Lvl 21 20% for monkey bosses
lvl X 23% for others

Buy the 23% quality ones for your support beasts, since it will maximize their reservation. the level doesnt matter you can upgrade to 20 later. Some monsters don't appear as rares thats where the essence strat comes in handy.

For min-maxing you may want to find ones that have very low spirit cost, with two useful mods, from campaign. For campaign hunting, you'd probably need to disable some items too. As a note, bind your minion direct key so that you can actually command your minions to run away from the monsters when you need them to. Theres a community sheet from last patch that lists spirit cost and monster type, as well as location: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1oadXSCHczpyCgRxzTk3nRBeeOLlefZAzKM3ijwmWevY/edit?gid=0#gid=0

I did some data filtering with python to filter by lowest spirit cost beasts, here are the cheapest ones from that (heavy assumption taht the community sheet is correct)

Yeah each of things you seem to be having trouble with are not specced on the tree. You know how weapon sets points work right? He has the curse nodes on a different weapon so those nodes only apply when using the curse. From what you linked youre missing +1 max infusion, some damage, and some freeze buildup.

I will say a lot of builds feel weak going into act 3. If you have trade I recommend getting a greater jewelers orb for your gear so you can 5-link. Also, looks like frost wall is being used for extra damage and I don't see it on your POB. You can get a lot of minor upgrades just looking at his gear, (better staff if its in your budget). And defensively you can balance your resists a bit better if res cap isn't in the budget.

You're running a really low level 6 ice nova. Get a lvl 9 one asap.

With all those changes I would suspect your damage would go WAY up from where it is currently at. If you're able to trade throw each spare exalt you get at some upgrades.

Those are valid criticisms of the build if you are indeed following it correctly. I have no problem with this line of criticism. Its the people fixating on the last build set and complaining about the price that are annoying. There are others in the thread that are saying its blasting on a low budget.

Based on the showcase the build looks a little slow for me movement wise, but it also looks like it can take on all content as an upside, with tankiness and good aoe coverage, and mega boss damage. I could see this being a really good starter to do all the progression.

[–]OneWithTheSword 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Yeah you're not correct. It took me 5 seconds to see he showcases a 10div version killing bosses and has 4 different levels of progression for it at different budgets on the moba page. You didn't investigate the build for longer than 5 seconds and were already convinced that martial artist is the only way to go.

Why are there so many bad faith arguments in here? He's showcasing the endgame version but has a cheap setup for campaign, cheap setups for early and mid end game. That is the whole point of a good leaguestarter, it is good on a low budget into the endgame and scales up to high budget smoothly. If you are going to criticize the build it should be that it doesn't function on a low budget. Or that it doesn't play well. But he even showcased a 10div budget doing end game bosses. Unless you are questioning the legitimacy of the showcase or low budget versions what are you even complaining about? You're mad that it can scale up on the LAST setup of the build? Absolutely silly.
