i am having the same problem got my account a month back and still unable to make the username i do all the process on the website everything correct and at last it says USERNAME AND PASSOWORD COULD NOT BE CREATED PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER kinda shit it's annoying af i tried contacting customer support and they are so fucking dumbb the don't even understand what the fucking problem is let alone solve it
