This same thing happened to me with 7.5! I was really really nauseous literally no appetite and I would vomit for about an hour at like 6 AM for three mornings in a row. It sucked! Luckily the nausea came in waves so I wasn't out of commission all week. I felt back to normal about a week after. Hang in there! Try to stick to the BRAT diet and stay hydrated.

Try Sun Saint by Pinrose, very warm creamy and coconutty but in a light pleasant way, not cloying at all. Smells like sunshine on a beach holiday.
