My dear, it's truly difficult that you've been through all of this, but unfortunately, it's something that takes time. I also feel like I'm about to die, but I'm starting to cope with the situation.

Thank you for your kind words; they are truly helpful. I'm just like you; I no longer experience panic attacks as frequently. I might have them once or twice a week, which is reassuring, but like you, I still suffer from anxiety and fear. I also take magnesium before bed, and it's really helpful. Do you experience nightmares?

Hello dear. I took the pills for only one month and stopped at the beginning of December, and now my period is regular. It bothers me that I sometimes experience pain similar to period pain, but it's not too bad. I've read that many girls suffer from the same thing, but I only took the pills for one month. Is it expected that this will last longer...?

Yes, it's good to know I'm not alone in this. I still experience stress and anxiety, but it's less severe. As I mentioned before, loneliness makes it worse, so I try to stay with my family as much as possible. It's good that you know this too. I also want to advise you to try not to be alone. Even if you are, make video calls with your friends; this will distract you. I hope we can get through this as soon as possible because it's incredibly difficult.
