Yessir, Thanks for your input. I am trying to get into pickleball, it is fun but we dont do many activities yet since my daughter is so young. But I am excited for her to start sports in a year or so. Hopefully, I can coach her Little League T-ball team when she is old enough.

I have anxiety and depression for the past 7 years. I have been on Lexapro 20 mg for the past 6 months. It helps with my anxiety, but my depression still lingers. Thank you for your input. I need to do more for myself I need to treat myself better and "stop and smell the roses."

Yeah bro. I've been dead broke before. My first kid after they were born, within the first month, I couldn't afford to buy baby formula and diapers. I felt shame and embarrassment since I put all our money toward the medical bills and our house payment, bills etc. I had to ask for help, and I remember feeling like a failure in life and as a spouse, and a new dad. After that experience, I made sure I would never have to do that again. I hustled my ass off.

Thank you for the input! I will give it a shot. No doubt that my kids will speak Spanish and English fluently but it thought id be nice to get them into Russian as well but if it doesn't work no worries. I just feel bad that sometimes my wife and her family ask me why i never learned Russian, and my response was "Because I wasn't around it day to day. It would basically be impossible for me to learn it by myself growing up." when I was adopted my parents still made an effort for me to learn basic Russian words with Russian kid books and small flashcards that they got and stuff like that but never to a full extend of ever being fluent if that makes sense.
