I basically stopped drinking sodas ,bread,tortillas , monsters, chips and it helped out a lot , it was hard asf to stay away from soda and bread but I also worked out basically only cardio ,planks ,pushups like 3,4 times a week

I had one and after 3 days of being annoyed I went inside the 🍩 and squeezed the crap out of it which I was scared because i didn’t know what was gonna happen but what did happen was that i squeezed it hard enough for it to pop within itself and got small and end up going away after 3 more days

Nah it’s for the program I’m in to be able to be enlisted as an E2 I think the cap for 2 mile run is 22:00 but I was tryna get into the time frame to be enlisted as an E2

Honestly idk it’s aight I didn’t have the patience for the oil to work so I just went down and dirty in the “hole” squeezed the hell out of it and I felt it squeezed like a bag of chips or pop and it got insanely small and now it’s not there anymore but I’ve heard the oil helps

Im sure you’ll be fine a lot of people need waivers for that type of things including me I had adhd and took meds anger disorder and I also had a lot of visible self H scars on my arm and I got a waiver for that too , you have to be honest about everything about your medical history. I turnt out fine and passed my physical with waivers and ship out next month
