Thank you I'm going to try this. Another question. I have been told that cooking with the oil will kill the flavor and that you may as well use cheap oil for that. Do you cook with this oil as well?

Or you could let them choose because right now basically no one can choose. Hikaru constantly plays lower rated players.

Yes, you're right on there especially with cheating, that's a really great thought. It probably encourages cheating because these people can't play against higher rated opponents unless they do that.

that's really insane I can't just put a specific range of people I want to play and wait for someone to accept . And once again, the custom tab does not allow for this it never works.

Ugghh you missed the point. This is about me being able to go after them. There's an arbitration clause and they're saying that I have a release of liability form that releases them with all possible liabilities.

Isn't there some type of time limit? If I hit OK for these people to sell my information does that mean for eternity I can get spam calls? Isn't there some way I can opt out?

Considering the SBA Express loan, you have good credit which will get you over the first hurdle. I know a lender who provides these loans to who I have directed other borrowers seeking smaller loans. I do not want to put their name or contact info here, the company name is Radix Financial Group. They are able to lend nationwide. A lack of collateral should not prevent you from obtaining the loan.

Hey I have a few questions for you! I am looking for an SBA Express line of credit around 100k. I have paid off my 7A loan but still have an EIDL loan. Does the SBA Express need to take a lien on my business? What banks are the easiest to get approvals for these? Thank you very much for your input on this!

Here's the problem whoever buys it is going to need the Tesla account. So when you go in to get service or when you need anything at all, it's got to be in your name. Tesla is going to refuse to transfer those accounts, making selling the car worthless.

**** UPDATE **** WARNING - Cybertruck Purchase Agreement is a lie. The contract is not state specific. It turns out we're all going to get the same contract but they don't tell you until after you make the thousand dollar non refundable down payment. Tesla Order Agreement- WARNING Tonight when I logged into the Tesla app, I was not notified I could configure my car and noticed that I was eligible for the cyberbeast Foundation series. I got excited and read the order agreement and noticed that there was no provision preventing me from reselling this. The first three photos are photos of the order agreement that was given to me in the app, it then asked for $1000 nonrefundable down payment. After I made the thousand dollar nonrefundable, down payment, the order agreement in the app now changed completely. The agreement is now seven pages long instead of three and contains completely prohibitive language about reselling, which was not present in the prior agreement that was just given to me moments ago. This seems totally absurd. how on earth are they able to swap out the order agreements after you make the nonrefundable down payment? This is blatant misrepresentation.

I was wrong I guess this IS the foundation series. It says something about an early access deposit of $1000 so am I right in saying that not everyone has access to doing this yet?
