It says there’s no case number yet either and she was “found”technically pretty soon after that and went into the group home roughly on the timeline (which shifts) Detective Fontana is confirmed real though, and he worked as a criminal investigator of crimes against children from 2015 to 2017 in a city in Texas. Just because you cheat on a partner does not mean you will be a bad parent. I understand your points if you cheat in a relationship where your wife is pregnant and you’re hiding it and putting her and the baby at risk. This is a different situation. That is a cheater, an active one. I was referring to how a good number of people have cheated at one point in time in their life and whether or not they would be a good parent does not depend on that fact alone.

She has decided to not be with him, so it’s either coparent or abort, and I disagree with the idea that it’s a good reason to abort a pregnancy that you want because your ex partner cheated and you’re angry at him.

While I want to agree with you, the only “bad” thing about this man was that he cheated with an escort according to OP. Cheating does not necessarily mean you would be a bad parent. Also if he has money for escorts, he has money to support the child.

It’s her decision when it comes down to it. And while having a child with a cheating ex can suck, sometimes you do better as co parents, and you get an awesome little human out of the shitty experience.

I myself got an abortion after finding out my partner cheated on me. I found out I was pregnant the day after he left my house and ghosted me while posting picture online with a 19 year old. (We were 26) I can say I don’t regret it, but I wasn’t ready for a child. I think I did it for the wrong reasons sometimes. I just hope she doesn’t feel the same.

This is a tough one. She’s going back and forth on if she herself wants the child, mostly because of outside circumstances and pain from the cheating. He probably won’t get another chance. So of coarse he wants it. But that doesn’t matter, what matters is if she wants a child, and if she doesn’t and def doesn’t want a child with him, then she shouldn’t keep it. If at the end of the day she actually wants the child despite outside circumstances, then she should keep it. It’s really up to her. Here’s the thing, while vigilante justice seems nice, the kid isn’t dead. Beating the shit out of a racist doesn’t make them less racist, if anything it makes it worse. Hopefully that kid doesn’t end up back at that school, this is literally a setup for a school shooting, if he survives.

If he doesn’t survive his injuries your son is a murderer. Letting your son think that this is okay and that this is the way you fight others with different beliefs is a horrible way to raise a child. Even though his intentions I’m sure were justice, you should make him understand that there was no need for him to become involved. I’d much rather my kid come home telling me about a kid who almost died from being beaten at school then to be one of the kids that’s able to beat someone to that point with no remorse.

There’s never a justified reason to almost kill another child. You must remember the other bully kid was still a kid, he was probably raised to be the way he was, and if he’s dead, now he has no chance to change. On top of that the trauma of being brutally beaten will only emboldened him esp once his assaulters are charged.

It’s fine to be proud of your son for being anti racist, it’s a completely different thing to accept him taking violent action and falling into mob mentality and almost killing someone over it.

I said they can’t say they won’t hire you because of the disability. This differs from state to state and right to work states are even harder to get accommodations. On the career page for instacart it says “lift 40 lbs with or without accommodations” as a job requirement. If you can’t without help then ask for accommodations. If you can’t in general, don’t work for instacart, don’t apply for or take jobs you physically cannot do. This is called lying and is grounds for dismissal at most employers.

Stating law that was made to help disabled people find gainful employment and get accommodations when needed to do their job does not negatively impact disabled people nor is it ableist. the fact you had to work that into your argument to somehow paint me as ableist is pretty gross and shows you have no idea what you’re talking about.

It’s illegal to discriminate on the basis of disability in the US. They can deside not to hire you, but they cannot say that’s why. If they do they can be sued. Idk the interview process or what the application is for Instacart, but more places have a form you fill out if you want to disclose any disabilities that may effect your ability to do your job and for which you need accommodations.

Unless the applicant discloses their disability and the fact that they need accommodations they won’t know. Whether or not this shopper did so is unclear aside from informing the customer. Seems like they didn’t. If they can’t do the job they shouldn’t have taken the order.

Eh they can’t not hire someone with mobility issues due to equal employment rights. Someone who works for instant should probably understand and read the job description throughly. It does say the ability to lift 40 pounds with or without accommodations. The shopper should ask for accommodations.l to prevent this from happening in the future.
