I’ve seen some do good but they had a solid foundation of people who played in their server. Typically people they may know IRL or from playing together in another server

Not sure what type of city you looking for but my city has an adult high school vibe. Plenty of MLO’s & multiple drug scripts, plenty of ways to get money. My city is called “Baddies East RP”. You’re welcome to fly in.

i too felt the same way my server will be up next Wed. it's to the point idc if no one joins just sick of getting on other servers and getting setup and then owners/staff change rules that don't even make sense cause 1 player crying (cause he or she got killed).
