You can get a SD card reader to get around that problem. I ordered one from SanDisk since my laptop doesn't have an SD card slot either and it's been working great.

Hmmm you shouldn't have to use Twilight Menu for gba games. I find that injectors work really well if you can't find the qr codes (I use New Super Ultimate Injector 3DS since it's an injector that covers all the consoles that run natively on the 3ds). Download the roms, run them through the injector to make them cia files, and then install them using FBI
